- To share practical experience on the knowledge gained from gender mainstreaming projects with other energy project practitioners.
- To facilitate trainees to prepare action plans for mainstreaming gender in their energy projects and follow up monitoring protocols.
Participants were given the opportunity to present their ongoing energy projects in which they would like to mainstream gender. By the end of the workshop a total of 10 action plans were prepared.
